This is the worst gas station. 2 times now the pump has filled my tank up with gas and the automatic shutoff was not activated. The first time it happened I left the pump to go inside to make a purchase. And when I came outside, there was gas all over my car all over the ground and instead of it costing $65 to fill up my tank, because it over pumped, it cost me $92. I told the cashier and I was told I shouldn’t have left the pump unattended. The second time it happened, and shame on me for going back out of convenience, I stayed next to the pump and deliberately chose a different pump from the previous one and the same thing happened. The automatic shut off was not activated once my tank was full and because I was standing there, I was able to remove the nozzle and release the lever. This however this still resulted in gas spewing all over my car and now all over me. Again, I let the attendant know and I was offered a coffee. All pumps at this location need to be inspected and all staff need to be retrained.

Went here to get snack/something to drink and the door was locked worker was on his phone and told me they do not open until 5am. But if the store is closed why you are here lights on and google says open 24hrs. I understand locking the door because of the area but to not open for customers and to laugh in my face through the window is rude and disrespectful!

I visit them on my days off, but I swear if yr a busy worker on the run or a delivery driver. This would be a quick great tasting lunch Btw I added posed this burger & added the ketchup I have never been mistreated here even on my "days off?" They've always treated me with respect.

I've frequented this Arco for 4+ years now. I'm a frequent late night walker and it's nice to know the spots I can stop into for a snack on my ways. I almost left a post a year and a half ago after eating a "hamburger" that was actually a pork breakfast sausage patty...but I chose to try and talk to the owner about the issue instead. Despite calls made during business hours, I could never reach the business owner. Such is life, I gave it up. Fast forward to last week. I stopped in for chips and saw there were still burgers, etc. Yum!! I grabbed two, paid with my card and left. 2 feet out of the door, I figured out that there was cheese inside of my hot dog. I returned and nicely requested a refund, explaining what happened. The cashier could NOT have cared less. Honestly. I felt like a vagabond. I eventually was given a cash refund. I mentioned to the cashier that it should be standard to return payments in the way they were made, he argued with me about that and I simply left.
