The gas nozzle did not connect properly to my car after several attempts, and it fell, causing gasoline to spill on my clothes. The pump number was 16.

Horrible customer service and no manners. They took my money and I didn't get gas because the pump didn't work. They refused to reimburse me and refused to give me gas. They're so rude. Avoid this gas station.

The male attendant at the counter mistook my "paying for pump 5 please" for "paying for pump 4 please" and ended up charging me for both pumps. Deliberately ripping me off. I gave $100 cash as a deposit for him to activate the pump so that I could fill up with about $30.00 worth of gas. When i re-entered the store to pay after filling my tank, i told the attendant i want to pay for it with card and have my $100 cash back. I entered my card into the terminal and he had already charged my card for pump 4 and then gave me cash change for the $100 cash for pump 5 and said the card payment would bounce back to my account. It did not bounce back. I was travelling through interstate and not able to re-attend the site to get my refund. Ideally they need to be charged for theft. They also need to learn how to speak English as I did speak very clearly and concisely and also reiterated my pump number multiple times. Avoid this gas station at all costs. I am also lodging this case with the BBB.
