Painfully bad entrance and exits. Not necessarily AM/PM's fault but who approved this? I usually avoid this one just because of the entrance and exits.

Used to be a loyal customer until their car wash broke my passenger mirror. The owner made excuses to not meet with me. After several attempts we finally met and he said he would look at the cameras and call me back but he never did. I had to go try and find him in person. He said there was nothing on the cameras and he refused to review the footage with me. I was polite with him but what pissed me off was that he was dismissive and rude with my wife when she went in to try and address the matter with him. No sense of responsibility when his equipment damages a customer’s car.
