Worst customer service ever! The cashier, or whom I'm assuming, is the owner. Thought I was stealing two packets of mayonnaise. He came up to me, giving me a lot of attitude. He comes up to asking what is that looking at the packets of mayonnaise. I said I was going to buy corn dogs but then decided against it. I left him his packets of mayonnaise and left. I would never come back to this place.

Although in rough part of area I’ve been going to this place for many years and observed all kinds of characters here at station. Today I saw a couple having a shouting match in Spanish while getting gas. I’m glad I don’t know Spanish besides it keeps me in the clear with minding my own business.

Too too many beggars,they should really get a grip on this.If i gave money to every person that asks from the time i exit my vehicle to the point of entering the building & buying gas then id be short changed on gas purchase,plenty of times i have pulled in the lot & left without buying gas because of the beggars & panhandlers.The Neighboring Shell station does NOT allow this so i will go there just for peace of mind & not to be bothered.Bad enough gas prices are way to high but even worst when you are bothered to even buy gas.Why should i give cash to someone opening the front door or someone who says hi.I have actually gotten into physical or verbal altercations with the more aggressive confrontational panhandlers.Arco has good gas & cheaper prices as well as friendly employees but at times its not worth the headache & as a business man i know this affects the financial bottom line.
