Went in today and asked for a special order burrito and cafe gladly accepted order request. I stop here frequently because this stop is always a relaxing and friendly stop on my trips to Cos from Denver weekly. Clean well organized and always great food and customer service See you all next week for sure 5 * for sure 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾😎😎😎😎

Well if I park my super clean truck a little ways off and take my stroll into the place get a coffee, keep it cheap for under 2.50 at 4:30 am the guards become go into a defensive posture and that can be a little uncomfortable for most. Maybe it’s just me. The cashier decided for me that controlling the way I paid was going to be a problem. I was in self checkout. Problem solved I guess. I love these late night social experiments but I need a good cross the line or check your scope of practice moment. Didn’t get it here yet I think it could happen. With that the place is clean, the bathroom is clean and the parking lot is clean. The definition of professional work is probably during lockdown day time hours. At night early morning you will get a different treatment. I rolled my truck up to the doo acted like I forgot an item and then the treatment was more normal for late night activity. Good job guys keep on doing what you’re doing.

I visited the Maverik @ 135 East Motor Way near Motor City in Colorado Springs at 9:25am. I was eagerly looking forward to having a "Green Chili Sausage Burrito". Since it was still morning I figured that even if this particular burrito was gone that they could make me a "FRESH" One, RIGHT?! I've had the Maverik located at Fillmore & El Paso Street make me this burrito "FRESH: Before. How WRONG I was!! I walked into the Maverik on Motor Way on Motor Way at 9:28am. There were only 3 burritos made and none of them were the "Green Chili Sausage Burrito". So I smiled and said Hi to the "Afro American" lady behind the Plexiglas and asked: "Could you please make me a "Green Chili Sausage" Burrito for me as I have been craving one for a week". Her immediate response was: "NO, I can't because I already threw OUT the eggs because we have to throw the eggs out at 9:30"! I showed her my iPhone and it was 9:30am. I said, "It's 9:30 NOW, and when I walked in it was 9:28". I proceeded to let her know that since I was speaking to her "BEFORE" 9:30 that she THREW OUT the Eggs before I even walked into the store. I looked at her and made the statement, "So you threw the eggs out "BEFORE" 9:30, so why is it you can't even wait like 5-Minutes past 9:30? She had a "BLANK" look on her face and said, "Well I already threw the eggs out, I'm sorry". I looked her straight in to her eyes and I said, "Well I'll just go to a different Maverik. BOY oh Boy was I frustrated. Are YOU serious. It's not like a the very "second" that it's 9:30 you HAVE to throw the eggs out, or "WHATEVER"! Hey it's not Cinderella's Glass Slipper Time Folks. Be Reasonable, for goodness sake. You can't wait 5-minutes?! Do you know how many people in life rush into a store just before closing, it's human nature to do that, we've ALL DONE IT! I told the VERY Nice young lady at the front, she apologized many times to me. She could NOT believe it! I'm "NOT" coming back to this location ever! Get a Clue and be Reasonable instead of so "STRICT" and EXACT! It's not LAUNCH time for a Rocket you know: 5, 4, 3 , 2, 1 -- Throw Out The Eggs!

The staff is rude and screams at customers 👎I simply walked into the restroom with my backpack. I wasn’t aware that backpacks weren’t allowed, but a staff member immediately started yelling at me. It was very intimidating and scared me.

I've been shoveling snow for the last 2 nights,and part of my route has me stop at vanguard high school......my crew and I normally stop at the Maverick around the corner,sat morning around 4 a.m or so I came in to use the restroom and was told I could not due to cleaning....no problem,I appreciate it ,well I was followed into the parking lot by the women behind the counter she proceeded to tell me ...and im quoting, verbatim mind you......"sir ,I can have people smoking fentanyl in my bathroom," and my response..."so you're implying I am a fentanyl smoker......keep in mind I'm in the parking lot and the are people listening....needless to say it was uncalled for and totally unprofessional......I told this to my boss and all 40 of our stall agreed they won't be stopping in any time soon
