Colton is one of the best cashiers I've ever met. I knew him from a different location and honestly was sad when he was no longer there. The other nite I walked into your establishment and there he was. Im so happy to have found him again. Colton is always smiles and so helpful with his customers. I'll definitely be back to this store.

I had a great expirience with the manager, I believe his name was Michael, I got a flat tire and the Air machine didn't do much for me (it was slow and it didn't do anything to my tire). I went inside to let them know that I was going to leave my car there for a few hours. The manager didn't think twice to help me out and manage to provide help, he used his portable air compressor that worked great!! and relief me from that stressful moment. Thank you Michael!!!! (Manager) ✨️ kindness, ... thats all it takes to make it a good day. ✨️

Whoever does the hiring and scheduling for the Maverick at this location, definitely need some retraining. I don’t wanna sound rude towards anyone with the disability, but they have a guy working a register during morning shift. He cannot operate his hands and cannot speak and then they have another grown man who can’t do simple math And gives back the wrong change even with the computer telling him the correct change to give back he still gets it wrong so you can either get in the line with the guy who can’t talk. I can’t use his hands or you can get in the line with the guy who can’t do math or read the register.

The older hispanic guy at the registers (I believe he's special needs) did something that really irritated me. About a week ago or so, he purposely messed with the register to make it look like $1600 was coming off of my card for a fountain drink. I didnt think to look at the total because I always get a medium and it's always the same price. So I heard the beep then glanced and saw $1,600 and something dollars. I was livid! I was checking my bank and he got loud and was like "ma'am, ma'am, it didn't come off your card. Ma'am, ma'am, it didn't come off." Well, I'm checking my bank to make sure. I have pretty bad anxiety, and had it gone through I would have been overdrawn. It's NOT funny at all. The guy working next to him said "Oh, he's joking." Well....it's NOT funny. In fact, it made me highly upset and had me upset for over an hour. He needs to stop doing this to customers because I don't find anything humorous about it. My anxiety went through the roof. He may think its funny, but it messes with other peoples emotions, and it's annoying! And the fact he laughed so hard like he was so amused, and was still laughing even as I was going out the door, was NOT ok. He needs to be re-trained.

Easy to get in and out. Bonfire grill employees are AMAZING. Staff in general are great. THANKS MAVERIK.
