I have been coming here for years. Today I purchased the same cigars I have bought over and over again. The new girl gave me the wrong cigars. I went home before I realized it. I came back within an hour and they refused to do an exchange. Will never come back due to the abusive treatment I received by the new staff and the manager. Really cruel service. I drove to the Murphys on Academy and they switched it out, no problem. I’ll drive a few blocks further to be treated with respect from now on

I sent my husband in to grab some thing that you have to be 21 to buy. I am disabled and did not want to have to mess with getting my wheelchair out. He went in and tried to purchase it and was denied because he has a digital ID, which is still legal identification. He was trying to help his disabled wife. The cashier was rude not understanding at all, and because of that I had to get out of the car.

Everytime I have come to this location the cashier (wether it be the old man or woman) are very rude and disgruntled. Poor customer service acting as if you're bothering them. It's quite literally your job, if you don't like it or don't understand how customer service works please find something else to do.

Price for gas is good, and clerks inside are always friendly and pleasant!

Murphy Express always has the lowest gas prices so that's where I fill up. Never too busy either....
