The fuel clerk was smoking a cigarette by the dumpster while I stood at the window for nearly 5 minutes waiting to be helped. I wanted lotto tickets so he asked for my id, which I'm 50 years old but ok, fine, that's his job. So I walk back to my car for my id and when I returned, he opened his water bottle and started chugging his drink looking at me. I stood there watching him drink for a full minute it seemed before he decided to come back and help me. He was polite enough but his customer service skills are severely lacking. His priority was himself, not customers. Tall, skinny white guy with glasses. Thoroughly aggravated with him.

Since " no, it is allowed to tell you the prices over the phone" I take a picture so no one else has to struggle, about $0.30 more than regular gas

The worst customer service chat ever my card was charged three separate times. They told me they wouldn’t do that and wait 3-5 business days for my money back. The lied and’s said something was out of stock when it was clearly on the shelf. Charged $262 for $130 of product.

Brendan was extremely rude, interrupting me and acting superior the whole time while kissing up to my wife, he was extremely inappropriate and when he finally got his manager they didn't even help me they just did what would send me out faster

Cold night. Machines were operating poorly while the attendant stayed nice and warm in the attendant booth. The prices were very high compared to other stations. The prices were competitive only if I had used all of my $.40/gallon discount I had accumulated on my Safeway card
