So me and my deaf mother were stranded by the JTA service. We walked to this BP and begged the cashier to let us use his charger because my mother's phone died. I didn't have a phone. He let us use til 14 percent and my mother made a call then her phone died again. We attempted to go back and ask for another charge for her phone. The owner opted instead to have an attitude. Telling me I can't use his charger all day when we were only in the area for an hour. He told me to buy a charger after I already kindly explained me and my deaf mother were broke. I even bought overpriced cigs and he still wanted us to spend more money. He chose to profit off our inconvenience instead of having some compassion.

This BP is always a smooth stop. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the pumps work quickly without any hassle. It’s an easy place to grab gas, snacks, or a quick drink when I’m on the go. Always a reliable stop.

The staff is super horrible and unhelpful, they don’t care to provide any services. No bathroom. I was having some issues with my car after filled out there, but he isn’t bother to help instead very rude to my situation. Avoid is place.

Convenient. Mass Transit Available. JTA Route 18. Local Flair. Pick up. Downtown Ability. Gasoline Limits. Cold Wine, Liquor, Beer, Pepsi, and Coca Cola. Cigarettes.. Snack Food. Wheelchair Accessible. Downtown Jacksonville. Accepts SNAP.

There was no sweet tea other than fruit flavored of any brand. Our top 3 cigarette brand choices were not carried. Snacks the cashier tried to upsell, his pitch it was popular in the prisons was NOT appealing to me. However, it was convenient to our hotel. The parking is easy to get in and out of. The store was clean. The cashier was attentive.
