I dread going to this gate. The staff are rude This last visit I Went inside to pay with cash. A gentleman made it to the counter before me. The cashier didnt acknowledge him so I asked if she needed to help him first because I have manmers. She rudely responded with "Im right here" as if that meant she couldn't acknowledge the other customer because he was standing on the other side. Understandable if he is waiting for help from another person, but unnecessarily rude. She made me repeat myself multiple times during the transaction and then did not allow me to enter my phone number despite asking. Gas is too expensive to deal with someone's attitude on top of it

This Gate Was IMMACULATELY CLEANED. Including the bathroom. Toilet paper was full. Paper towels were full. Soap dispenser was Even full. Even the floors were spic and span. The food rollers that cook the food looked professionally cleaned. Journey and the Manager Clarence were very professional and polite. Will definitely utilize this Gate again.

Great staff and brand new store with a car wash. I am so glad they have a store in Riverside now. They always have the cleanest stores and restrooms. Staff is top-notch

I just went there. They held my debit card for $125.00 for $27.77, it won’t be released for 24 hours! That’s BS! I can’t spend money! That’s highway robbery!

My husband paid for my refill and walked outside before I did and then I followed and got chased by the cashier. She took a picture of my license plate and I went back in to pay a second time so she wouldn't call the police on me for stealing something that wasn't stolen but paid for twice. Then I find out that I got charged twice what my husband did for the refilled drink. I'm about done with these Gate stores and their horrible employees they hire!! I asked this girl her name and she covered her name tag and gave me what I assume was a fake name because why else would she cover the name tag on her shirt when I asked.... Anyways it was morning and a nice elderly woman was working also if that helps management or if they care to find out.
