On Thursday 12/18/2025, a cashier there named Melanie called me out my name for absolutely no reason to another customer. I come there daily for gas and snacks, I’m never rude to staff there, if someone speaks to me I always speak back, I pay my money and leave respectfully each time. She’s also threatened to come to my place of work again for no reason to “cuss me out”. I’m extremely disappointed especially considering I don’t even talk to this cashier at all. She’s went on an entire rant about me to say “she won’t say too much because she’s at work” , she said enough honestly.

i stopped to buy a drink from the store. and the "so called" manager literally cursed me out and threaten to take my items out of the microwave. She attempted to call the police, and im assuming it was her personal opinion per the microavable item and because I didnt buy the item from the store. I think her name was Leslie. i would love to talk to the owners abiut this case....

The BEST Shell has station EVER! I was greeted when I walked in! When I was leaving, the cashier said.. "Thank you for visiting Shell!" 👀👀 I had to turn around and get her name and do a review because I have never been treated so nice at a gas station!!!! Bianca made me want to return. Cashier's deal with alot of personalities and she consistently keeps a friendly approach with each of her customers. Thanks Bianca for making my day!

Larger lady on was on the phone with her pharmacy while ringing me up which led to her not hearing me say i have fuel rewards. Then she proceeds to get annoyed with me be because someone is stealing her medication and asks “did you even tell me you had fuel rewards?” because she could not figure out how to ring me up the second time. I say “ yes you might have heard me if you were not on the phone.” She refuses my service. All employees here seem to hate the extra step of waiting on me to enter my number for rewards.

I won’t cast doubt on the reviews posted by others, especially since I went in during the day, but I was pleasantly surprised. The inside was MUCH nicer than I anticipated. Although, there was a man asleep, sitting on top of some of the drink cases. The outside could be maintained a bit better, but I was not disappointed by this gas station in my visit.
