Bathroom had no soap and they said they would not provide any soap at the time of my request although they sell a shelf full of soap bottles in their aisle. No care for the sanitation of the facility or their customers.

One Star I’ve had enough of the terrible service at this BP location. The staff clearly don’t know the pricing of their own products—every day it seems to change, and no one gives a consistent answer. It feels like they’re just making it up as they go. To make things worse, the security guards are a complete joke. Not only are they unprofessional and aggressive, but one of them smelled strongly of alcohol and got way too close to getting physical with me. Instead of providing safety, they make the place feel more hostile and unsafe. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this place until serious changes are made.

Reported for price gouging. The disparity difference is high enough to constitute a fine. I advise anyone who ever is charged almost 4 dollars when the average cost is 2.6 is predatory. If im wrong, tell it department of ag

This morning at 5:00 AM, I was on my way to work an assignment when I stopped at the BP Gas Station on North and Spring in downtown Atlanta. I looked around the store for the familiar coffee brewers one expects in a convenience store. Instead, I was directed to a little boutique called 'Tim Hortons' co-located within the store. As I stood there, a lady behind the counter informed me that they did not open until 5:30. So, I was forced to stand there, in uniform, for a half hour to pay over $4.00 for a 20oz 'large' coffee. And this is BP's idea of an improvement! Given any choice, I will never shop at a BP again.
