This Super busy Quiktrip location offers of variety of snacks, coffees drinks, and of course moderately prize to gas. Customer service is high-quality at this location featuring Kyle on not one, not two, but three registers simultaneously greeting customers, ringing up coffees, and answering questions. There’s an awesome robot that mops floors, bathrooms are clean. However, the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen as it is extremely busy, super small for the location and volume of vehicles. so get your deductible ready, especially if you are at the pumps and trying to exit Northside Drive. Get there early if you desire donuts and don’t even think about using the side entrance because for some strange reason, it is barricaded.

The world should know its heroes! I was left alone at 1 a.m. with a flat tire and no one around to help me. Feeling scared and helpless, I went inside and asked the staff for assistance. That’s when the security officer, R. Hickerson, stepped in to help me. He not only changed my tire but also stayed with me until I was safely back on the road. He even took the time to show me how to replace a tire myself in the future. Such an incredible man with a kind and generous heart! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. Thank you so much, Mr. Hickerson — a true gentleman who deserves the utmost respect!

Horrible customer service. I bought a coffee and the person working the register and wasn't even there. After i got his attention he asked if he could help me to which I replied yes. Then he quickly saw the coffee and said I could pay, all within 2 seconds of me replying yes. He didn't even give me the chance to speak and then quickly rushed us out after I paid. Horrible. But great coffee!!! Would definitely try again.

This gas station has very bad service. The cashiers are rude. If you don't like the job, I recommend looking for another job. And I recommend that management check out the customer service more closely.
