I just left this Dollar General on Bernard every single time I go in there It seems that every employee is miserable most of them don’t like to help customers and when you ask them a question they look as if you just bother them. I went in and was shopping through the home and decor aisle and for some reason when I asked the lady at the register, if the basket I got was on a discount as shown on the paper in the aisle, she immediately turns around, goes to the aisle, brings back the paper calls a manager they give me the discount and then rip up the paper, very upsetting because it looked like I bothered them and wasn’t supposed to get a discount when they had the paper up In the first place. This whole store needs customer service training. There’s a black lady with really short hair who has the worst attitude does not talk to customers does not say hi to them. It’s really upsetting when this is a neighborhood grocery store that I attend every day and am happy when I walk in and be unhappy when I walk out of there. Please do better management at this store

Searched Walmart, Target and couldn't find disinfectant wipes anywhere! Just stopped by Dollar General for some trash bags and found disinfectant wipes...honestly made my whole day! they had several so if you need some and can't find them anywhere else I suggest you check Dollar General.

I went in with my E scooter to grab some candy and some Big Employee told me I can't have scooter by my side in the store. I told her that's crazy , then she told me to grow up lifes full of rules and if I don't like it I don't got to shop there ......She's Big and Unhappy. They literally told me to leave , and Didn't care if I shopped there . worst Customer service . She looks Like she's Stealing Snacks on her Break! And was mad I was buying her favorite candy .

Went here today for some basic grocery shopping. Prices are good, bought 49 items and total was $84.03. Not bad. The store was clean and well stocked. I didn't bring my reusable bags in with me, I usually put everything back in the cart and bag when I get to the car. The counter is really small here but the cashier went out of his way to grab an empty cart and carefully placed my items into the second cart. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help, sorry I didn't catch his name.
