Restroom out of order? Why? I want to have a gas and water and restroom. I paid for gas but no additional services. Bad.

You can’t top off your car. So if you have a rental car, you can’t just top it off. You have to go inside and give them a dollar amount. You can’t do it from the pump with a credit card. This place is a complete waste of time.

During the day, it's a nice place, however late night it's a whole different store. Many times I've gone and the door is locked, the rest rooms are always out of order and employee is rude. If you ask a question you get an eye roll, like if I'm stupid. one time, after standing outside for about 10 minutes, I approached the counter to pay for gas and asked why the doors are always locked. Was told, "we don't want shoplifters, and besides, I run this b#&+@ Very unprofessional Exxon

Asked a direct question to the clerk, walked away from me. Like I wasn't even there. And don't even have his face covered. Shouldn't be there
